Welcome to Bakersfield 360 Photo Lounge! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Bakersfield 360 Photo Lounge offers rental services for a 360 photo booth that captures images and videos in 360 degrees, including slow motion videos. Our services are available for events such as weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, branding activations, corporate events, holiday parties, and private events.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking: To book our services, you must complete the booking form on our website and provide accurate information about your event. Bookings are subject to availability.

3.2. Payment: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as specified on our website.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1. Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

4.2. Cancellation by Bakersfield 360 Photo Lounge: We reserve the right to cancel your booking in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

5. Use of the 360 Photo booth

5.1. Setup and Operation: Access to the venue 1 hour before start time is required. Our team will handle the setup, operation, and dismantling of the 360 photo booth at your event. We require a suitable location with access to power and sufficient space for the photo booth and its equipment. Electricity must be provided by the Client (i.e. You) to run all concession machines. Our 360 Photo Booth is 9 feet tall and 12x12 feet wide, space within those dimensions are required.

5.2. Travel. Depending of the location of your event venue, a travel fee may apply. Please include the full address of your event venue when fill out our Even Request Form.

5.3. Guest Conduct: You are responsible for ensuring that your guests use the photo booth in a safe and respectful manner. Any damage to the photo booth caused by misuse or negligence by you or your guests will be your responsibility. We do not tolerate abuse (verbal or physical) or disrespect of any kind. If any of your guests are aggressive, disrespectful, or use profanity towards staff, we will discontinue all services immediately and no refund will be issued.

6. Media and Content

6.1. Usage Rights: By using our services, you grant Bakersfield 360 Photo Lounge the right to use, reproduce, and display any images or videos captured at your event for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your media to be used, please inform us in writing prior to your event.

6.2. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Service Quality: While we strive to provide the best possible service, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any technical issues or malfunctions that may occur during your event.

7.2. Damages: Bakersfield 360 Photo Lounge is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bakersfield 360 Photo Lounge, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Bakersfield, California.
